

Here is a view of the entry to our apartment. That is our door. The window on the left is the living room window and the window on the right is the bedroom window. We don't have any interior pictures yet, that will have to wait until we move in!
Siena is divided into contradas, or neighborhoods. I wrote a previous post about the different contrade here. Our new apartment is in the Onda contrade, the wave. This contrade is symbolized by a fish and the colors blue and white. Each region has its own church and the picture below is the fountain for our contrada that is right near the Onda church. Each contrada also has a museum and a website. The Onda contrada seems to be smaller than some others, but we still like it!
